Labor Influence
My labour influence is stuck at 1 no matter what I try. Envoys have stopped coming to the town and no amount of market stalls will increase this number. My splendor is at 28 but the influence will not increase from 1 - what am I doing wrong?

The only way to get influence is by delivering the envoy food quests. The envoys don't pause the game anymore so you have to watch out for the notification (I know it can be quite easy to miss if you are busy doing other things in your village).

Also make sure you haven't unassigned your great hall part from the lord's manor ;)

I’ve literally been staring at my Lord’s Manor for an hour and not one envoy has turned up. And I’m on 3x speed. Is there any way to boost the number on envoys that are sent my way?

No but they should come quite frequently. Please check the great hall function is still assigned for one.

Also check the warnings window in case the envoy is stuck trying to get to your village.

If both don't help please share the save file with us to take a look :)

im confused with this one too mino, even if there isnt a great hall the envoy should interact with the village center. envoy visits approx every 3-4 weeks, its a random number of days, eg 20-30 days. (example only). its pretty easy to miss him as well at 3x speed, suggest u slow down game see if he visits over a period of 2 months, if he doesnt then as mino stated hes stuck on the map edge or something, is map a modded map?

True but if he was waiting for him at the great hall and the envoy went to the city centre because no great hall was actually assigned he would have 100% missed him :)
