Report a translation problem
To get splendour as you said you need to build buildings.
So for the Clergy you quite obviously you need to build Churches and Monasteries.
Then for the People you need Markets and Lord's Manors.
and last for the Kingdom you need Keeps.
Thanks, appreciate your reply. I've got a handle on the pop ranks, so yeah it's the buildings that aren't unlocking.
I've built two Churches so maybe I just need to build some more expansions. I was just reading a Reddit post that Splendor points are based on parts added to the building, not the number of said buildings. So for example the Clergy Splendor, if you have a super-basic church it gives only a few Splendor points, but with more expansions it gives more.
And I only have one Keep right now, so adding another one with the highest-Splendor roof should bump it up.
