If they spend a lot of time on the road, they have little time to work.
was trying to shorten a few ways by creating a settlement offshoot by my farms, however even just building up the market seems to raise the efficiency
the influence of work-home distance is huge in terms of productivity.
something I cannot recommend enough if your economy/happines is struggling.
i still would like to know if the skill they gain while working has any impact on the productivity, will it have with later development ? or is it & will remain negligible ?
for one skill doesn't go above 1 right know, which is reached relatively fast and secondly, I don't even know if any efficiency effect is applied currently.
I hope it will later on, that would make work place assignements more tricky. :)
