Assign people to monastery?

How? I cant click on anything in the pop up window, I need herbalists and bee keepers, got enough unemployed citizen, but I'm not able to select one. Bug? or am I doing something wrong?

On the top of the monastery window is a "concine worker to monastery" or something to that effect. Click that as many times as you need to fill your avairy and herb garden.

To get the workers for bees and herbs you have to construct the dorms first, in monastery build menu, then you can house the monks in the dorms. Only unemployed males can be monks.

you need a monastery and dorms, and of course bee and or a herb house, then you can assign them, hope thats what you missing

I have dorms and still cannot assign workers..
