Apart from selling berries at the village stall how do I make money? Really struggling to play this game the market mechanics seem really awkward and confusing...

as soon as u can get your T shirts up and running, thats clothes. They sell for much more than berries. Also, get the stonemason up and running to trade the polished stone, that also sells to trader for more than berries. Id suggest you sell planks as well, but you usually need them more than selling them.

At the start build and sell all your polished stone, planks (with planks i set sell everything over 10) and berries if you can. The trader you first unlock buys these three things, although i never seem to produce enough berries.

Stick to 1 warehouse, you dont need to put primary resources in them, only the polished stone and planks to sell. Watch your expenses - dont rush too quickly to build big keeps or other things with big upkeep costs.

When you get bread you will have bags of cash.

Speaking of warehouses, I haven't checked any kind of roadmap or anything but couldn't/shouldn't they add like a granary for food or at least for like berries and wheat?
