Also, it's still in Early Access, so several things don't work properly. It might be better to wait at least until the game is finished and some of the more nasty bugs are out.
However, if you actually like to micro manage. Then this game can be a bit like herding cats. Your villagers have a lot of autonomy. Blazing new trails into areas you didn't plan for, expect, or want. Or setting up houses in unpredictable or chaotic ways. If you like neat orderly cities where everything is placed perfectly this game will be triggering. But if you like a little chaos, like your village to look a little organic and haphazard, while you sit back and watch slowly evolve. Then the game might be for you.
Unfortunately, many people playing the game are having to micromanage because of bugs in the game. I'm sure they'll be flattened, but right now it makes playing too annoying for me.
It's easy to expand, if you know how. Like I said, just follow the inital quests.
Just don't expect to always laid back, there are small things need to be taken care of before you can have self sufficient village that runs like clockwork.
The overall UI still needs some work to do. Heck the population's names are still #male24010 and #female12400 or something like that.
It's a good starter management game there isn't much content yet not many things to/that can be managed yet.
Thank you
