Housing Tiers ?
Is there a third housing density or quality tier ? If so, what are the requirements ?

No. There are only house 2 density and 2 quality ranks yet.

would be amazing to have more tiers, who would be hard to attract because they have high demands (only top desirable locations and need certain luxuary goods in market range) but therefor they pay great taxes etc. Would be also amazing for visuals.. to have elite town district etc. :) looking forward to more information
