Report a translation problem
If you are using cloud saves (the default) then the saves will be at the location you chose to install Steam and the game, presumably your HDD drive.
If you are not using cloud saves and are really only using the SSD drive for the OS then tbh you should move the Documents folder to your HDD drive as a whole. To do this you can right click on the folder (not in the libraries window but the normal C:\ drive window) then click on Properties, navigate to the Location tab and move the folder to the HDD drive.
PS: As a side note if only want your OS on the SSD drive then you should also move the other default library folders to the HDD drive. i.e. Music, Pictures, Videos, Downloads, Desktop, etc.
