Save Game Location
At 17 megs your save game files aren't exactly small. It would be nice to save the game in the same location i chose to install the game, so that my 256 GB hard drive isn't eaten up with junk.

I have it set up as a small ssd boot drive with storage on larger HDDs.

I played less than an hour the other day, and the auto saves are up to 155 MB. Doesn't seem like a lot, but when you're reserving that space for OS stuff, it makes a big difference.

Thank you for your consideration.

If you are using cloud saves (the default) then the saves will be at the location you chose to install Steam and the game, presumably your HDD drive.

If you are not using cloud saves and are really only using the SSD drive for the OS then tbh you should move the Documents folder to your HDD drive as a whole. To do this you can right click on the folder (not in the libraries window but the normal C:\ drive window) then click on Properties, navigate to the Location tab and move the folder to the HDD drive.

PS: As a side note if only want your OS on the SSD drive then you should also move the other default library folders to the HDD drive. i.e. Music, Pictures, Videos, Downloads, Desktop, etc.

This is a post from 2019, please do not necro old threads. I will be locking it now.

If you need to make the game easier check out some of the mods that do that from the in game mods menu.
