Radius, Markets and Churches
Is there a certain radius for the markets/churches in regards to supply and demand?
When should I build another market

There is no set radius which means the villagers will walk to the nearest market no matter how far that is from their house.

Having said that it is highly recommended that you make sure all villagers work, have their house, and can fulfil all their needs in a 1-2 map hex radius.

Also note that you need 1 of each market per about 50-60 citizens to ensure they will all find what they need in every needs cycle.

Every villager (over a certain status) needs to visit a market every day. The longer they have to walk, the less time they can spend at work. So you build a new market when you don't want to waste so much work time. And you generally build it, not at a population centre now, but to allow for some expansion around it.

I know you didn't ask this, but when you build one, set the stalls in the market dialog in a different order. So if you have berries first in your original market, put, for example, fish first in the second. Villagers tend to buy the first thing they see.

Thank you, both, for answering my questions.
