Anyway, Codies say that anyone who owns any season should get the Flat Out content for free. I'd email codemasters, as well as post on their forums with a mention to @PJTierney. He'll probably just say to email, but he might know of the problem and quickly direct you to something useful.
When you email Codies perhaps append Steam Support's reply, and CC in GMG (if you bought it from them). But be clear which party you're expecting to respond.
That could be the case, if it's a bug. It shouldn't be the case though.
To clear up for the topic author or whoever:
1. Getting to access the McRae content for free isn't connected to Season 3 or 4 content (or at least, isn't meant to be). It is connected to which bundle was purchased, including non-Season 3/4 bundles. I got McRae stuff for free when I only owned the Deluxe Edition (Seasons 1 and 2 only) for example.
As Gurfield mentioned, the topic author purchased a valid bundle so it really is as simple as that; he should be able to access the McRae content regardless.
2. Also, the topic author should already have the McRae content on his hard drive, since everyone has all content regardless of purchase.
To Dani_Filth, check the game's storage space used on your hard drive. If it's noticeably less than 106GB, yep something was wrong with the download and it sounds like a matter between Steam and wherever you bought it. Since you've simply said the content isn't available (and didn't say that the game is crashing or anything), I suspect that isn't the case though.
If the storage space used is up around 106GB, the download was fine but something hasn't registered your purchase as a "Super Deluxe Edition" purchase. It could be:
- Steam not registering things properly
- or Codies/Racenet not registering things properly
- or the place you bought it from not selling things properly.
It's possible that someone has sold a bunch of separate content pieces and titled it "Super Deluxe Edition" when it really isn't. If that's the case it was legit false advertising that has cost you.
So with that thought, I'd probably contact Steam again and ask them to verify whether you own the thing called "Dirt Rally 2.0 Super Deluxe Edition". If you don't, the problem is with the seller. I would:
a) Contact the seller and demand they fix it or reimburse.
b) Report it to both Steam and Codemasters, since it's legit false advertising.
If Steam says that you do own "Dirt Rally 2.0 Super Deluxe Edition", then the problem is not with the seller, but with Steam or Codemasters. In this case I would go with what I posted in my previous reply:
a) Post on the Codemasters forums and mention @PJTierney
b) Email Codemasters, CC Steam and the seller, include Steam's response, and be clear that you're asking Codemasters to respond.

It does for me.
Did you get all other DR2 content with your SD purchase?
Here's my GMG purchase: https://i.imgur.com/ssoEAwF.png
And the Colin McRae Flat Out pack on the Steam store: https://i.imgur.com/YFglquf.png
no, the amount to purchase is indicated
Yes, I have completely all the content in the game open except for the desired DLC
