Depending on the wheel rotation setting, this might not be very comfortable though. You should be mostly fine with 540°, but if you choose to enable soft lock with 900°, then some things might get difficult. Ideally you would have a handbrake and a sequential shifter (or static paddles), but you can get by without those.
Im using AntiMicro to bind an extra button to handbrake since the game only allows one.

The two top red ones is the one i found to be easiest to reach but try to fiddle around to see what works best for you with your wheel. Ive seen some even use the clutch pedal as a handbrake so play around a little.
I drive using a Thrustmaster T300 RS-GT set to 1080° of rotation with soft lock turned on in Dirt Rally. Soft lock is a system in the game that automatically matches your wheel rotation (up to its maximum rotation value), to the car you are currently using. So if it is a 540° steering rotation car, your wheel will lock to that rotation while you are using it. If its 900° rotation car, your wheel will automatically match it. It really wont be an issue running the higher rotation cars once you practice with it and learn how to shift the weight to get to rotation you need. You will find you wont need to turn the wheel too much at all after learning the proper techniques.
