about demo, I don't think there is a demo for the game, the game is around 100gb big, so as far as u donwloaded that much u should have the full game, if u encounter any problems maybe re-download it again, for me I never had any problems with the game aside from the audio that u can't fully mute unfortunately.
Advice wise, it would be prudent to do a bit of house cleaning of your OS & software that auto starts and sits in the background on the off chance you may need it.
it is like a benchmark like when u download a song every 5 seconds u hear "audio jungle" hope that make sense :) first day i didnt have any issue later on all the time like 20 secs i hear that same things.
sadly no. i thought same but no. it starts with the game and it stops with the game. i have no issues in any other game
Then either disable steam overlay for the game entirely or delete the data steam overlay now collects when you have a game active. ( on a per game basis)
Steam changed what Steam overlay does for its new UI update.
Edit so the assumption is thats what is causing it.
