Own pacenotes, when?
Waited over 20 years now to set own pace notes in rally game made by Codemasters. It's kind of basics of the rally to use own pacenotes :)

wow, that is awesome. thanks for the link.

chodemasters getting out choded
freaking awesome! there are so many pacenotes that are wrong for my driving style. so many corners called as a 3 tightens, thats actually a 2 or a 1 in my book. and i would also love to get rid of some of the extra less important detail. the current pacenotes are just too cluttered for me. too much information for me to take in while driving. and sometimes the corner is called correctly, but wayt oo late, even though the previous corners were called correctly, even early. err.

it is indeed great, my hat is off to the guy who makes this mod.

My only problem is I am too lazy to do my own notes and it would take ages to do it properly. I'd have done it 20 years ago when I had nothing to do, but the best solution I can come up with is to add the 2nd voice over Phil's in crucial points, where his light "right tightens" in kaye mount reverse always sees my flying into the fence.
It's a little simple in terms of creating your own notes during stage run and I only added two extra warnings in two stages so far. But mayeb with time i'll be adding more of these. Unlikely I would do the whole lot, replacing Phil completely, which would have been just fantastic, but someone might come up with better DR2.0 notes using this tool and release as a mod

hopefully codemasters makes an easy to use pacenote editor, with an option to edit it in real time during a replay, or a libe play through (recce). if not, at least this mod allows you to fix the occasional wrong note while keeping the majority of acceptable notes, which is probably what i will do too :-)
