this game could use alot of optimization and steering input tweaking.
BUT, its fun nonetheless
But you can simply use and this works wonders with DR 2.0 :
FSR (nvidia and AMD GFX cards):

I got a 10 FPS boost.
I now get +50 FPS on DR 2.0 Ultra settings MSAA 4x and 16x AF -- 2734x2734 resolution (in SteamVR SS 1.0)
Of course YMMV
12700K - RTX 3070 OC - DDR 5 - PICO 4 HMD
In your case, I see your "16x AF" cant you change it to 8 or lower? i think you also should change ur resolution to 1920x1080 or lower. Also, you dont need Shadows on Ultra. Medium or high is fine, and such other configurations can also be lowered without real disadvantage. You will still get a beautiful gameplay.
This works for all games. 1920x1080 is pretty good and just adapt to that. Or lower, just keep those FPS up =)
