I wish codemaster would split rallycross and rally race as separate game. I rarely play any rallycross and thats what end up having extra storage space, now nearing 100GB.
Lets do a cooperation with Reiza, S397, Kunos, Raceroom and iRacing and start making the best offroad rally experience since Richard Burns Rally. With all the simracing-features that do exist. Take the Raceroom-model where people can tailor their game to their own needs. So people who wanna race FWD's and Gravel only can buy those tracks and cars. Just make sure there's some base content for everyone to play with. Put some generic achievements onnit and everyone can 100% the game. No DLC-achievement paywall like Dirt Rally 2.0
Realistic damage, realistic rally racing. No more racing like a madman, crashing and restarting like it's nothing. Really be carefull not to damage your car. More focus on keeping your car in shape, endurance and finishing, rather than hotlapping.
There must be a way to generate real random tracks. Not like Dirt 4, but somehow different, so we by pass the memorizing of tracks and such. Cause you can race and play a track on the pc endlessy unlike in real life.
This can be something good and hopefully repair the reputation of Codemasters, cause what they did with Dirt 4 and Dirt rally 2.0 is just greedy, evil and lazy. They have been bypassed by other studio's for years, imho.
Where's the passion and art in making games?
