Is it playable on keyboard and mouse?
I don't have a steering wheel or even a controller. I like playing on keyboard and mouse and have played some nfs games on keyboard. Is Dirt Rally 2.0 playable with keyboard? Is it optimised for keyboard?

it depends on what you are trying to achieve in this game.
If you want to dominate and hone your skill to get there, then keyboard is not a good idea.
If you want to experience a great rally-sim no matter how you place on pace, then keyboard-play is possible. You would not be the first.

If you want a totally different take on a rally game that is still skill-focused and actually a rewarding experience on keyboard or controller, then I may kindly refer you to "The Art Of Rally".

I'll look into Art of rally. I am just looking for some fun. Can you suggest arcady racing games?

I have surrendered my soul into realistic driving-games as far back as LiveForSpeed S2alpha from 2005.
After which i lost interest in arcade-racers which were increasingly designed for analogue game-pads, not keyboard.
The Art of Rally is the first arcade-racer in a while that I almost binged through in a week. On Keyboard. It is a really good experience. Except maybe for the Stratos - which I cannot unpack handling-wise (And I love myself a good rendition of that car when in a sim).

not a relevant info, just a gentle line more: some dudes do love use keyboard with DR2.0, for fun. for the winning part, a wheel is a quite better pick. so it is up to you. :car:

You can try GRID or GRID Autosport, or maybe Dirt 5.

Yes, without a doubt.

One of the best things about codemasters games is the versatility, playable with both keyboard and actual wheels. Wheel users will still probably have an advantage, but you'll still have fun.

Not confirmed, but i assume certain cars are also easier to handle with the wheel.
