There is one error in this infographic. Under Turn In, Understeer, All Speeds, #3 should say "Increase front toe in" instead of toe out.
If you're talking about the RX2-class car, I'd start by adding some rear toe-in and softening the rear suspension a bit. Also, just keep in mind that it's mid-engined, so it's always going to have more tendency to rotate if you're aggressive on turn-in, as the big heavy engine behind you wants to carry straight on to the outside of the turn. Some adaptation of your driving style may be necessary regardless of setup changes.
