Also the description of that DLC says:

Yet I know that those tracks are already included in the GOTY-edition. Still the Deluxe Season 3 + 4 does not show as "already owned" in the Cart menu.
The confusing part for me was (except for those 2 cars not highlighted after buying the game) that the subtitle of the GOTY edition says season 1/2/3/4, yet there was a season 3/4 pack still available as a purchase. But apparently, as stated above, it's just a pack that you get anyway
