What the hell is "gameinputsvc.exe" each time I plug my wheel in?

Just got an idea to ask here since many of you guys use wheels and are probably on Windows 10 as well.

So this gameinputsvc.exe is some new process added a few weeks tops at least on my PC automatically. What it does, I don't know, but each time I plug in my G29, I get 10 errors in Windows Reliability history. Though this wheel does work and it uses Logitech Ghub. Each time you uninstall gameinputsvc.exe, it'll reinstall once you reboot your pc. Maybe you can edit registry, but I don't know where to find it.
