Pretty much every part in your PC is made in china: Monitor,PC components,Keyboard,mouse,Stereo-boxes,even the Gaming chair you sit on.
its not about "Made in china" its about their Quality control and Quality standards.
Of course you get A way better quality when you spend more money for Quality Brand products.
I had a 60€ Hama Thunder V5 and it was horrible: Pedal creaked, FFB (even tho advertised) didnt work and it was made out of cheap plastic and rubber.
I changed to a G29 and the difference is very noticable: Strong force feedback, Settings program, 920° (adjustable) turnradius, High quality Sintered Metal Gears, Real leather Wheel cover.
so you definitely get what you pay for.

I don't mind it being manufactured in China. But why don't they have their Quality control and Quality standards in order?
Volkswagen also gets produced in other countries, but they must keep the same Quality control and Quality standards as if they were produced in Germany.
Yes, you get more when you pay more money, but it shouldn't be with mistakes then.
My experience with Strong force feedback was much better in the T500 than the G29, the different road surfaces are felt much better with the T500.
That’s why I’ve settled for the T300. I’ve got a 2 year warranty and if it fails during that time, I’ll just drop it of to a local store and they’ll have to deal with the repairs or replace it with a new one.
I would expect top quality for the price Fanatec is asking, but apparently that’s not the case. Even their customer support has a bad reputation.
T-GT and TS-XW share the same servo base. T-GT was the official wheel for GT Sport and has PS4 support.
There are DD wheels on the market from other manufacturers, but these things are really expensive.
beginner-friendly, "weak-sauce" (T150, TMX)
nice-but-slightly-flawed: ( T300, Tx -- both in various configurations/bundles )
mid-range, often slightly overpriced ( TS-PC, TS-XW, T-GT )
Any of these works on the PC. The PS4-centric versions as well as the "TS-PC" offer a maximum of 1080° of rotation, those targeting xbox iirc top out at 900°. Those within the same tier perform pretty much exactly the same when used on the PC. The additional bass-shaker installed in the T-GT iirc only works with one game on Playstation and is otherwise dead-weight. I personally would never, ever chose the T-GT with the "official" GT-sport wheel-rim over any of the other sister-wheels. There is just no point as I personally have no interest in that game or console-ecosystem to begin with - but that is just me.
If you want the best customer-service, try to find a retailer / online-shop with offices inside your own country of residence. Don't just go with the cheapest listing.
I have Fanatec V2.5, T-300, and G25, and use them all
there must be a difference between these models?
Force feedback is not the same on these models?
Is there one of them you would prefer to drive with?
or the thrustmaster T-150 (PS) or TMX (xbox) cheap on sale
the thrustmaster T-300 or TX (one is playstation the other is xbox, both work on PC) is a better choice, much stronger feedback motor, much smoother and much quieter,
plus the new thrustmaster T-LCM pedals are an excellent choice, much better than the logitech pedals or the thrustmaster T3PA pedals,
good pedals are much more important than the wheel, a good wheel is fun, but good pedals make you FASTER!
Fanatec is very nice and very expensive, if money is no object get Fanatec
but the Thrustmaster T-300 and T-LCM pedals are almost Fanatec level for a LOT less money
I'm thinking a TS-PC RACER Ferrari 488 Challenge Edition + T-LCM Pedals
It's it's almost the same price as one, TS-XW Racer Sparco P310 Competition Mod
Maybe later a steering wheel like that.
Rally Wheel Add-On Sparco® R383 Mod
The reason being that the people that work in Chinese factories are paid like crap and prioritize cost saving over quality. If the Chinese were paid a Western minimum wage (about 1000 to 1100 € / month) and quality control was instaured, the prices would go up so much that there wouldn't be any point for any of this stuff to be produced in China in the first place. And trust me buying yourself a race wheel would be an hell of a luxury, just like buying many, many other products would be. Be thankful for the Chinese worker slaves.
that sound like a nice set up, don't forget the TH8A shifter!!!
Just missing a good steering wheel and pedals
Column-mounted shifter-pedals are an optional purchase. Almost all wheels have them mounted on the rim (they turn with the weel, which is actually not adventageous for rally and/or drifting )
