VR SETUP OCULUS RIFT S RTX2080TI
My settings for DR2.0 in vr with a 2080ti:

BASIC GRAPHICS
multisampling 4x msaa
anisotropic filtering 16x
all other settings on this page will affect mirrored screen on your monitor, doent really matter.


ADVANCED GRAPHICS
Shader detail HIGH
Texture detail ULTRA
Reflections HIGH
S/S/Reflectio ON
Shadows HIGH
Night Lighting HIGH
A/Occlusion OFF ( not noticeable )
AAOcclusion OFF
Particles HIGH
Adv Blending ON
Weather HIGH
Crowd LOW
Cloth HIGH
Mirrors OFF
Vehicle detail MED
Track HIGH
Object HIGH
Trees HIGH
Ground Cov HIGH
Skiddies OFF
Motion blurg OFF
God Rays OFF
Chromatic OF
Bloom OFF
Lens flare OFF
Light streak OFF
Lens dust OFF
After hours of trying everything this is best look for performance. I cant see any difference really with these settings disabled.

Also Oculus tray tool set up a profile like this.

Well I cant paste the damn image in, Valve hurry up and update this ancient program! :|
So in oculus tray tools:
SUPERSAMPL 1.5
ASW OFF
CPU PRIORITY HIGH
SET DELAY 5
DETECTION WMI
GPU SCALING OFF

Forgot to add sometimes when you load game either the oculus tray tool wont hook or the graphics look extremely shimmery or glittery. Hurts the eyes just looking at it. Not sure what causes it.
Just reload the game and it usually fixes itself.
You can check a box in oculus tray tool on the bottom left of the profile main pop up menu that gives an audio confirmation when ott hooks to dr2.0.

Yes OTT should be set to start with the .exe. I didn't mention at all to start OTTafter the game launch.
MFAA 2x looks ♥♥♥♥♥ compared to msaa 4x. Though if you don't have a card that will do it without sacrificing something else then go for it. I would rather MSAA 2x.
I dont need to change shadows to med. Once again read above.
This guide is for people with 2080ti's, obviously you would have to tweak other settings for other cards.
This is the best looking / performance, solid 80fps setup I have managed to get after literally 10's of hours tweaking the config.
