How to choose night time?

And any jungle maps in like Malaysia? Touge passes in Japan?

In a custom event you can change it to nighttime by opening the event settings. It's the same place where you select sunny/cloudy/rain etc. The career is random.

The closet to jungle would be the New Zealand bay or Australia.
