Avoiding clutch damage during launch?

With sequential gearbox and clutch override, how am I supposed to launch to avoid clutch/gearbox damage?

I think this is how they do it irl

press clutch in, use regular brake to hold car still for now, put in 1st gear, pull and hold handbrake. Now hb is keeping car still so move right foot back on the throttle, at go release clutch and handbrake simultaneously

have you upgraded your ghearbox durability before championship for that particular car, I think you can only do it at the start of the championship

This is how I do it. No damage at start (the only 5-10 seconds, I am NOT worried about damaging my car, or engine, or clutch...)
