Suposedly a all in one pack here, but i have not tested as i ofc already have it installed, should be from 2019 May (the last update on it):
https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/rbrcz-all-in-one-pack.160892/
Follow the Readme file/tuning guide and you should be good to go
It has myriad of new content too compared to v1.0, including bug fixes (not all is fixed though). Maybe it will be worth a try.
Driving with the realistic RBR physics (NGP mod) is addicting.
but nice game
Rbr is absolutely different
Hopefully pc3 is coming!? (or AM2) dont mark my words.
Cheers!

Vanilla RBR is nice on by itself, but by itself as it stands is really old of a game (really, really old) and therefore something newer is preferable but I agree the (overall) handling of the games like Dirt Rally 2.0 is good but not what I would call spot on to call it feeling wise a true simulation.
Although Dirt Rally & DR2.0 come close to simulating well I think that RBR did this better because in a sense it was a combination of arcade and simulation that made the game just flow well and be fluent in this sense where it felt like really having momentum and the world beyond or outside of the car, which was very well drivable in an enjoyable sense, was also as much as part of the experience as just steering the car itself.
Again nothing against these modern games it's just that a game that was made like 20 or 30 years ago does the job better than all of the new ones combined which always struck me as being a little bit weird for, how did this happen exactly? That people with inferior hardware made a superior game? LOL One for the ages.
modded RBR is another story, mind
And it brought the rain. To every place. I love it.
Another thing is that RBR devs had few genius people in the team which implemented their scientific thesis into RBR. Rally simulation is very specific task which no modern game engine can help you with, so it doesn't matter whether a game is 2021 or 2004, you still need to develop the physics from scratch and it seems none of the current studios has the motivation / skills like RBR devs.
