So it has to be something in your end - check the other usb ports, there also was a driver update for DR 2.0 from Thrustmasters a while ago!
Only the FFB is too poor and ive rised the force value up to 5.0 (instead 0.9)
Now its better but still missing some effects from the tyres....
Wheel is connected via usb 2.0
I have the same problem with no recognition of my ts-pc racer.
Sort off...
Anyway. After my g920 "died" I chose ts-pc racer.
It has two modes. Normal and advanced.
With normal You get 17 buttons, AND it works fine in gamę, even with softlock!
BUT the other mode, where You have 26 buttons, is not recognised by the game.
Have any of You found solution to that bullsh...t?
Or I assume just the button advanced mode found in the controller settings?
Yes the buttons advanced mode
Did you updated your wheel with the last firware and did you got the last driver version !?
Usual Package

488 Challenge Package

First thing I did was the firmware upgrade.
Unfortunately in advanced mode wheel appears in DR 2.0 as a wheel, but:
1) is not a default device - I can't use it in menu
2) has no option to calibrate
3) under option to load settings for the wheel I get: a) direct input b) direct input device [or at least that is how I translate it to english]
Maybe it's beacuse I have ferrari version???
Where you wheel is plugged, USB 2.0 or USB 3.0. ?
It seems USB 2.0 is recommended and, maybe, the previous wheel let some HID in the registry which could put some mess. ;-)
There is an utility named USB dView which can show you old USB HID like Logitech G29 values and erase them.
Cheers ! ;-)
EDIT
https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html
Although it didn't have buttons mapped in menu form the start,
and game has no ready profile for my 488 wheel,
I could map all the buttons, make calibration and setups in FFB.
It all works fine.
Thank you to let here your final (good) result.
Cheers ! ;-)
And thanks for Your help :)
