Fanatec V2.5 & V3 Pedals not working!
Been running into this problem and can't seem to fix it. My wheel (Fanatec V2.5 with Formula Rim and V3 Pedals) simply won't show up in detected controllers and the inputs aren't being recognized either when trying to change keybinds . Tried swapping from USB2 to USB3 ports, updated wheelbase, tried restarting the wheel ingame, unplugging and plugging back ingame, verifying game files... nothing helped so far. When I connect my PS4 controller, it instantly detects and works fine.

Any solutions to this?

All other games work fine for me. PCars, Dirt Rally, Raceroom, iRacing, you name it...

Thats exactly what I have. TS-PC Racer (DD2 on order) v3 Inverted Pedals with Fanatec Handbrake connected to them. Using the pedals USB. Everything is recognized and works perfectly.

I think maybe a reinstall will fix it for him. Possibly a install issue where it didn't install all Peripheral profiles.

Reinstalling didn't work, also tried reinstalling the Fanatec drivers.

Is yours directly connected to the PC? Since you aren't the OP, and I don't know.

Whats you cable input situation with your peripherals?

In my case, Fanatec CSW v.2.5, CSP V.3.0, CSS V.1.5 and CSH V.1.5 are detected by DirtRally 2.0 perfectly, ALL conected to the base, but the only problem is a BAD FFB and Level FRICTION of any cars on any track but Codemasters told that will be an UPDATE for fix this issue.

My pedals are connected to the wheel base, so it's all going through the base's USB.

If able run direct USB from the pedals. I've been seeing people with similar problems.

Curious to see if that helps.

Disabled both "guide button focuses steam" and "generic gamepad configuration firmware" in Steam Big Picture mode, and now it recognizes my CSL, I'm guessing the latter setting fixed it, try that OP if you haven't already.

I have the CSW2.5 and wheel-connected V3-Pedals @ Mainboard USB2.0: Works fine - noproblems anyway, but the FFB ist not as good as DR1...

Very odd. If it's not showing in DR2 inputs menu, I'm wondering if there is a error with the game.

I would recommend Uninstalling completely and reinstall the game. Unfortunately.

Unless you know the coding to add it yourself to the Inputs lists.

I assume your inputs list doesn't have it initially. As I know the game supports your pedals.

yeah, the inputs dont even show up ingame, it's like it's dead. pedals and wheel work in literally other game i could think of without a problem. i guess i'll try to reinstall it... :(

Just to let you know, I have V2.5 base formula rim and V3 pedals like you have and I have no problems at all, my pedals are connected to my base as well,
A list of fanatec presets come up and just chose the one that matched my setup.
Sorry I cannot help you with your problem, but thought I would let you know that it is detected in my game. Hope you can sort it out.

feeling helpless now. uninstalled and re-installed it twice now... no difference. the wheel is basically dead in DR2... no matter how i connect it or when i connect it. it doesnt even show any inputs while it clearly works in literally EVERY other game that could use a wheel.

Hm, do you have a kind front panel on your pc case?
Where are your devices connected? On the front panel or on the back directly in mainboard?

Another question.... is it necessary to connect the V3 "though" you fanatec base?
The V3 are also concepted as stand alone device so you can connect them directly to usb port.
Just asking... i have the TM Ts-pc and my pedals are connected directly via usb.

strange i have a hybrid setup with a thrustmaster wheel and a set of clubsport v2 pedals , this game is one ive had the fewest issues getting setup with a racing game. Recognised my pedals and set correct 0% deadzones for the loadcell break and trottle.

Pedals connected to USB3 and work fine. CSL Elite fine too.
Strange, I had the same problem with the first Dirt Rally and could only play it on PS4...
