also, sfc /scannow is fine for windows corruption check.
i will verify steam vr files. but i did that last week and it was fine..
Located Documents -> my games-> dirt rally 2.0 -> hardware settings.
anyway, if you are tempted, just buy it. give it a go, if its not for you refunding is easy as long as you have played less than 2 hours, and owned less than 2 weeks.
if you do buy it report back here if you get vr working. i suspect you will and its a localized issue with me. but dont take my word for it, its just a guess.
WMR is compatible and works through SteamVR (as long as you've got the 'Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR' software).
thanks for the reply though. maybe i should try verifying files for "windows mixed reality for steamvr", since all other steam vr games work fine and i have not changed anything on my system i doubt it will help but i might as well give it a shot. :-)
