Night stages frequency
So i was doing my career yesterday and it was time for New England. I started that round with a night stage and ended up having 7 night stages out of 10... 2 of those 7 where at dusk, but it was claudy and with so many trees in New England it was basically 3am from the cockpit view.

CM really needs to change this, it's ridiculously unrealistic and very unenjoyable from a player perspective.

Anyone had this before?

It rotates Day, Sunset, Dusk, Night. 1 out of every 4 stages is night, except very rarely in the Weekly events they will skip either Sunset or Dusk, so then it's 1 out of every 3. It's not realistic, but then there are also a lot of people who complain that the WRC doesn't do night stages anymore except the occasional Super Special.

I personally don't find it unenjoyable. This is the sort of game I play to challenge myself.

In real life I really don't mind driving at night. The problem I have with DR 2.0 is that the visible road ahead is much, much shorter then it should be with those powerful headlights that rally cars carry. Codies should increase the headlight range.

Completely agree. Even high beam on my road car, normal headlights, nothing fanzy, provides a much longer viewing range.

I have to take above statement back and admit that I was wrong. Yesterday I watched the opening night stage of WRC Monte Carlo 2020. Crazy speed on those narrow, curly roads. The visible road ahead is actually as short as in DR 2.0
