make sure your LOGI WIngman software also works...maybe one of your cords has stopped working(mouse bites)...i dunno....but Steam should recogise any properly configured device
the only thing I installed for the wheel was this:

"Logitech Gaming Software" very dated, very poor design etc but it work.
Is your wheel not showing up at all when you goto options->input? For me I see two lines, keyboard and Logitech Driving Force GT.
