Middle diff will need tweaking go both extremes after setting front and rear and see what happens. Can use a bit of -toe in rear as well. Hope that can help. Unless this car has only 3 direct dif settings which i dont remember what its dif page looks like entirely.
I can make a setup for car if needed
The car has the 3 direct diff settings. I've found a setup which seems to be quite well, but I dunno, the car sometimes just doesnt do how I expect it to. I think in general then Subaru is quite floaty/boaty compared to the others in the class, but I guess thats down to it being a sedan.
Even the default setup in the 2001 is pretty good as-is if you get a handle on it.
This game has taught me one thing though. I really need, and I mean need, an Impeza.
The driving dynamics of this car is one of the best in the game.!
just now drove all of Greece on this car with Wheel+H-Shifter+clutch, there is no limit to pleasure !!!
set braking force two click to right and Brakes Bias to 50% All the rest - defolt
EDIT: The car just understeers when I really don't need it. Its getting really frustrating as I either can't finish a stage on a good pace without an accident because of the understeering or I am simply too slow because I baby it waaay too much. The paradox thing is, that I can slide the other 2000cc cars through the corners pretty effortlessly, but the 2001 Subaru just reminds me so much of DiRT 4. In theory, if I lock the rear diff and open the middle and front diffs I should be able to slide the thing round corners like there is no tomorrow, or can someone enlighten me about the diff settings? I know what it is, but I don't know how the middle diff for example affects the handling of an AWD car.
