I personally hate the current business model of yearly releases. Before 2013, PC hardware advancements, meant there was a case to release a new game, with more demanding graphics each year. Since 2012 More's Law has not held true, so there is no longer a case for an entirely new release, every year. I wish the developers would see this and adjust accordingly. Rockstar Games have the right idea and are still updating GTA V in 2019, a game which released in 2013. This title is one of the most successful ever released! I hope in future that other developers will see the error of their ways and follow Rockstar's lead.

After this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥(reviews/negative threads) I wouldn't expect Codemasters to ever make another rally Sim. I mean why would they? They produce the most accurate and realistic rally sim known to man and people do nothing but ♥♥♥♥ on it for very petty reasons.
To sell more copies of this game CM should do as follows.
1. Create new tracks never seem before in the Dirt series of games.
2. Update the existing game to sort out it's bugs, optimise the graphics to run with more stable FPS and improve the FFB. This alone will help to sell more copies of this existing title.
