You have to find your save file and delete it.

On windows it's at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\SUPERHOT_Team\SHMCD.

On mac it's at ...\Application SUpport\com.superhotgame.shmcd.

On linux it's at ~/.config/unity3d/SUPERHOT_Team/SHMCD.
