Can the Dog/Devil guy be killed i couldnt shoot him or charge him. Any tips?

Can't be killed.
You can jump over him when he charges at you. (just be in mid-air when he charges)
Try to end the stage as quick as possible.

The Switch core is fantastic for evading the special enemies.

Not only does it let you move away from them in the short term, it kills the enemy you are changing too, putting you closer to leaving the level in the long term.

And if you get the perfect switch hack, you get to keep their weapon! Great for basically saying "Nope, you don't get to use that, and you? You get to die too now."
