Mistakes not to make

As this game is pretty unforgiving (no saves) perhaps its wise to give some pointers here.

I managed to screw up the training? somehow. I left the section with the sniper and assault rifles, (no more clues from the overvoice) and ran into some dude that started screaming gun gun and came at me. Shot him walked on passed trough a door with my gun holstered. another guy screaming gun gun (uh?) Grabbed my gun and shot him: mission failed.

What was the mission in the first place? Why did the voice stop talking after telling me to pick up the sniper rifle. Why do random guys suddenly appear. etc. I hate doing things over and over againd so I hope anyone has some pointers on what (not) to do.

That the voice stopped talking must have been a freak bug. Usually he talks you through all the weapons. But he doesn't tell you what to do for the final part of training anyway.

The reason why you failed is because you can't hide big guns (rifles and shotguns) under your coat. If you holster them, you still carry them around in your hands, just lowered. So the guard saw the gun even if you had it holstered. The thing you need to remember throughout the game is that if you wear a disguise, you can only openly carry the weapons that the other people wearing this uniform also carry. Otherwise they're going to know you don't belong.

By the way, the tutorial is described step-by-step in the game manual, that's probably why there are no more instructions. You should find a PDF in your game directory.
