PROBLEM WITH HITMAN

I BUYED HITMAN silent code and blood...and is not working...when i lounch the game...he say to me that "failed to find steam". What can i do?

Having the same problem, too. Bought Codename 47 and Blood Money, and they don't work. I even copied the steam.dll into the game folders after uninstalling steam and reinstalling it. Welp, gonna have to torrent download them. They already got my money.

I did that. I installed my entire steam client on C, which will install games on C and it still didn't work. I give up.

Edit: The error I'm getting is "You do not have a valid steam subscription for this application." That's why I'm going to have to torrent download those two.

Just restart Steam, there's no need to copy files or anything like that.

the hole game bugs, i can´t use the alevator, no matter how often i push the fuction key, any help?

same problem here, cannot activate the gd elevator no matter what button i assign the function key to! ugh! so annoying!

I had the same problem about Steam and Hitman not launching. Restarting Steam solved the problem, now I can play.

About activating the elevator: Just go in front of the button, and right click. You will have a set of options. Using your mouse wheel, highlight one of them, and left click. Took some time to figure out that right click menu. You can do it for all the actions (space bar).

OK! i know the problem i had the same problem with it just right click steam and run steam as an administrator and it will fix hitman:) your welcome!

I had no problem getting the game to run on Win7 64 bit. DO NOT run the configuration tool. I did that and it did nothing but cause the above error. Only modify your graphics from the title screen in game.

I have this problem intermittently. I find that just restarting Steam takes care of it. Seems to happen when Codename 47 is not the first game you start after starting Steam.
