I started playing this game at the age of 12, this was like 16 years ago ( when the game was released ).
The game was difficult and still is, all you have to do is, stick on it. You have to really be concentrated and not just run through the entire map, this way you will miss details that could be helpful.
This game always offers more than one way to go when it comes to assasinations,
Yes, it is annoying to repeatedly play the same mission, but hey, then stop playing risky and just don't die. Just stay stealth and leave the map in stealth-mode, this is not call of duty or punisher. This is the only REAL and first hitman game in this series. If you guys can't handle this one, you should not call yourself hitman players, most new hitman games in the series, are way too easy compared to this one. Not all, but most.
So specifically amdlo112, if you already get tired of repeating missions, YOU are doing something very wrong, the reason you can't safe in this game is because it requires you to be 100% there, focused and don't make mistakes. This game would be pointless if you can save every 2 meters, you have to feel the failure and deal with it's consequences, at the same time the game is very rewarding when passing a mission.
I advise you to READ everything in the mission-briefing, if necessary twice! And then go for it. Check out the map, activate your brain.
PS: I know this is an old thread, but who cares...this is an old game..it's not like topics and discussions lose their content or value just because of the date.
Levels in this game do respect the player's intelligence, feels so good to beat one and go for a coffee break.
That one was very difficult. I killed everyone in the mansion one by one with the silenced baretta (you can find it in the leftmost tent by the entrance to camp), then dealt with Pablo by taking cover behind the door. The rest was easy when you get the clothes of a captain (tan colored uniform), you can enter the lab ezpz with that outfit.
There's also a cheesy way to beat Pablo. You can bring a sniper rifle to that level from the first Columbia mission. It was by the watchtower near bridge where you save the son of the tribe leader. Pablo is visible from the starting point of the 3rd Columbia mission. Shoot his head, ezpz no bossfight.
