How do I control this game!?

I am trying to go through the Hitman series from the start but am already stuck within the first mission of the first game!

I pressed the keybindings and even changed some of them to suit my preference but I still can't seem to be able to switch to the weapon I want to use and have no idea how to set up my sniper rifle from it's case. Please somebody help me.. ><"

Use mouse wheel (or whatever binding you have selected) to scroll through inventory in the upper right corner. When you select the weapon you want just left click and it will be equipped. Sniper case works the same exact way. Just highlight it then left click.

High res was a problem for me the inventory was't visible!!! 1024 works fine tho.

I give up, I can't access my inventory via any button on the key bindings, my scroll wheel, nor do I have any UI that shows what I am currently equiped with or my health bar either.

Try to see the guide about the resolution problems. The one that has 5 stars is the one that'll help you. Also, as the guide said, don't use Direct3D as a renderer, use OpenGL
