Steam Key?

I bought this game on Itch months ago and forgot about it because I was in the middle of moving house. I see it's on steam now and the Itch page says we're supposed to get a steam key but I haven't gotten one. Do we get the key for the early access or at launch? I would like to add it to my steam library because there is no Itch forum for this game.

In the dowload page there should be a 'claim steam key'.

I did already try that but no luck. I've emailed support and they couldn't find my purchase. I've sent them my payment details but I haven't heard back from them yet. Hopefully I'll get a response today.

For some reason the purchase didn't get linked to my email even though I could download and play it on the Itch.io app. They linked it and sent me the download page with the key that you are normally supposed to get.
