I was playing through blood money and I wanted to derp with the game a bit but I noticed that the Steam version has the cheats option disabled.

So I decided to do something about it. With a bit of google searching and doing some debugging myself, I wrote a cheat enabler for the Steam and Retail versions of the game based off of ZoiD's original cheat enabler[forums.eidosgames.com].

All you have to do is run the application while the game is open and then select what version of the game you have. Once you're in actual gameplay, press C and the cheat menu should open.

Also don't use the Give All cheat, it has a habit of crashing the game.

I have figured out whats wrong. 1) i got a new copy of the game from gamecopyworld.com 2) I replaced the original copy of HBM with the new one. 3) I ran the game then ran the cheat enabler using the admin setting. 4) Instead of pressing 1 - for steam, i press 2 - for retail disc version. And suprisingly, it worked, and the give all worked aswell! (Im not sure if the steam version or the "1" option of the EXE is broken but all you need to do it try the "2" Option and it will work. If not, I am sorry and i tried to help.

is it blocked by your browser or your anti virus? Either way, its not a virus. Try adding it as an exception in your antivirus.

Pretty sure it's blocked by my antivirus and I know because it used to work back in june but got deleted somehow.

Antivirus software will do that when definitions update. It's a false positive.
