I have been trying to figure out how to get Silent Assassin on Murder of Crows. (I don't want any walk through help)
Here is my plan. I bring a silenced silverballer. Follow the red bird carrying to diamonds to an alley and sedate him, steal his costume, then dump his body in a dumpster.
Take the diamonds to its destination, but before entering, human shield the yellow bird guard outside his office, then walk in and headshot the target. Knock the guard unconscious, get the walkie talkie. Go rig a bomb by the piano and wait for the girl to stand under it.
Blow it when she is in position.
Infiltrate the bar the last target is in and silently headshot him.
Retrieve diamonds, exit stage.

I just figured out that using human shield allows you to KO a civilian without wasting the sedation syringe. This doesn't count as a witness, right?

Well, my strategy would be:

Follow the briefcase guy and sedate him, wait for the crow woman and kill her with the garrote/poison. Take the briefcase to Mark Puriah (the clone) and wait until he sits in his chair then garrote him (the crow that goes inside his room will think hes sleeping). After that, killing the crow sniper is just a question of sneaking up on him and kill him whatever method you like the most, with this tactic you can easily retrive your suit and no shooting is required.

my strategy was pretty much run ahead of the red bird, kill the female bird in teh alley with my silenced silver ballers, run to the next location, sedate yellow bird and run into building and up stairs, killing target.
Pick up walkie talkie in bird suit, kill final target, run back to where first gaurd was sedated, and put my suit back on. Exit the level.
