Beat it a long time ago and just want to do my fav missions any codes?

You need to first edit the hitmanbloodmoney.ini file which is found in the Hitman Blood Money folder. Open it with notepad or another text editor and add EnableCheats on the line below everything else. Save it, and when you're in-game you simply press C which brings up the cheat menu. There you just highlight the cheat you want to use and press Enter, left or right to toggle the option. 1 is on, and 0 is off.

Unfortunately OP, there are no cheats for this game. Well there was... but they only work for version 1.0 of this game. Since all games on Steam are auto-patched to their latest version (1.2 in this case): none of the cheats will work.

Maybe you could download a save game off the internet, however, that's 100% complete. That's the only other thing I can think of.

I figured it out thanks tho...there is a trainer that enables the cheats like level skip etc giveall is still broken tho

I haven't managed to get any of the trainers working oddly enough. I think one or two did work though, but like you said, limited functionality.
