Hitman: Blood Money

Hitman: Blood Money

Favourite / least favourite missions? Rankings?
FAVOURITES:

A Vintage Year
-Vanilla, but lots of disguise options available early on
-Reasonably - sized map
-Decent kill options for younger target

Curtains Down
-Great atmosphere
-Interesting options for Tenor target

Flatline
-Reasonably sized map
-Despite 2 of 3 targets being optional, there's a more interesting variety of kill options than some main targets on other missions

A New Life
-Small, manageable, great for trying different runs
-Wife has fun options

Death on the Mississippi
-Larger map than necessary, much of which is redundant
-Not many interesting options
-Still, satisfying to complete a fast run for 7 targets
-Railings are fun
-Good atmosphere

A Dance with the Devil
-Great atmosphere
-Interesting map and options

MIDDLING LEVELS:

The Murder of Crows
-Too few options for kills
-Courier is roving and can be hard / time - consuming to locate and sedate

You Better Watch Out...
-Map's larger and more complex than necessary
-Too few options for kills, though the hot tub is fun
-Good atmosphere

'Till Death Do Us Part
-Limited options for getting into the mansion; you start in a bottleneck
-Otherwise, fun kill options

LEAST FAVOURITES:

A House of Cards
-Too much waiting around

Amendment XXV
-Few interesting options
-Need a disguise too early on, with limited options

Now that I'm replaying the levels, I try to explore all of the options and see how fast I can complete the mission by timing everything conveniently. I don't enjoy waiting around, or when options for kills / disguises are limited. I enjoy levels that are open to different runs, and which offer something to do right from the beginning, like a disguise to obtain.

i felt hat way about murder of the crows.

but its a lot simpler when you realize, everybody loops besides t he main target.

so, as long as you put main fucus on the main target.

the woman and the corier are easy to deal with. if you get time, place the bomb for thepiano,

and if you get time, cut off the alley to the corrier.

they both loop back to that location.
Best to Worst:
A New Life
House of Cards
A Dance with the Devil
Curtains Down
A Murder of Crows
Amendment XXV (mainly for its satire)
A Vintage Year
You Better Watch Out
Til Death Do Us Part
Death on the Mississippi

As you can see, I'm a huge fan of the Vegas levels near the end. The targets and atmosphere are amazing. You can see the game veering towards an epic ending with all of the political satire and intrigue coming into place.

The Southern levels are painful for me. I don't know what it is about them. I prefer Til Death more than Mississippi, because it doesn't rely on a choke hold area to kill multiple targets. It also has the deadly priest role play, which would later be used in Sapienza.

A New Life speaks for itself. The best level in the series.
