Flatline broken?

I've reloaded/replayed this mission multiple times.. only to realise I cant bloody finish it >_< selecting the death serum and nothing happens. I can take out the poison and sedative syringes just fine but the death serum and antidote dont work. Is that a windows 8 problem or is it just my specific bad luck?

i think you have to walk up to the agent and ineract with him to give him the serum

oh...lol i was having the same problem till i raged and went back to the vintage year and kept count of how many different ways i could kill fernando and manuel lol...i lost count this game is amazing
