How do you get to the 8th floor in "House of Cards"?

I am tearing my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pubes off right now. I am stuck for this mission for as long as I can remember.

the ways I found were either A: steal a level 8 keycard from the your target with glasses who arrives by car, B: go the 7th floor, and on the balcony where the hotel staff is having a smoke break, climb up the vines behind him. There are probably other ways, but that's what I found.

it's very simple, when mission starts, go to the eleveator and wait for the scientist kill him and then take his card, and then you will be able to get to the 8th floor, happy hunting friend.
