Hitman: Blood Money

Hitman: Blood Money

Remaster Collection
Would have been cool to get a remaster of all the old games like the Tomb Raider remasters.

Or we'd like to at least see trading cards, badges and achievements for old-school hitman games

Would love it. I started with the original hitman 2. Just a fantastic game.
One thing (among many) the older ones had that the newer one don't is first person option.

Saw someone ask about that on WOA and he was attacked claiming Hitman has always been third person. :/
Not quite.

They could just ad blood money levels to the new hitman triology as a dlc, easy money.

This, so much this. The fact that the old Hitman games don't have controller support despite being on console, and three of the four don't even support WIDESCREEN is just not acceptable. I understand wanting to keep the original vision of the game, but please for the love of God - no one's hurt by having an option to play an old game in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 16:9 for crying out loud!

yeah, they really just havent touched the games in literal decades, probably because they havent had issues through the years of hardware and software changes like a lot of older PC games

they still just...work fine, somewhat flawlessly.

i think i played this once on 360 and ever since then i just cant play this game anymore, not having a good working controler scheme is just wild.
the game deserves a full remaster

It does, but at the same time, it's in a relatively great shape. On a modern system there are no real issues besides surface ones like support for more resolution modes (that can be resolved in a moment with .ini tweaks/ fan mods) and possibly support for some more exotic setups like ultra-wide resolutions and high refresh rates (but even there, the engine might not support it one way or the other).

A remaster would be great because it's a great game. Personally- I'd love to take that development effort and put it into a new, classic Hitman game. The issue is- I imagine a lot of old IOI developers no longer work there, so recreating the spirit of Blood Money might be very hard. Especially after so many years of focus on this modern Hitman service platform, and with that trilogy (and Absolution)- it's hard to imagine a direct sequel to BM.
On Windows 10 I've replayed BM countless times and didn't encounter a single CTD or anything like that, and if GUI scaling is possible- it might be added in some modernisation update, along with support for more video modes.

Still- a good remaster would be cool and to be honest- I'd pay for a mission pack for BM, made for the same engine etc. But I imagine people that would do that are few and don't justify such a move :Fleur_de_Lys:
I'm playing this with a Logitech F310 controller, no problem. I'm using AntiMicroX and a custom profile for Blood Money.
