Or we'd like to at least see trading cards, badges and achievements for old-school hitman games
One thing (among many) the older ones had that the newer one don't is first person option.
Saw someone ask about that on WOA and he was attacked claiming Hitman has always been third person. :/
Not quite.
yeah, they really just havent touched the games in literal decades, probably because they havent had issues through the years of hardware and software changes like a lot of older PC games
they still just...work fine, somewhat flawlessly.
i think i played this once on 360 and ever since then i just cant play this game anymore, not having a good working controler scheme is just wild.
A remaster would be great because it's a great game. Personally- I'd love to take that development effort and put it into a new, classic Hitman game. The issue is- I imagine a lot of old IOI developers no longer work there, so recreating the spirit of Blood Money might be very hard. Especially after so many years of focus on this modern Hitman service platform, and with that trilogy (and Absolution)- it's hard to imagine a direct sequel to BM.
On Windows 10 I've replayed BM countless times and didn't encounter a single CTD or anything like that, and if GUI scaling is possible- it might be added in some modernisation update, along with support for more video modes.
Still- a good remaster would be cool and to be honest- I'd pay for a mission pack for BM, made for the same engine etc. But I imagine people that would do that are few and don't justify such a move
