Problems saving (Solved)

All the progress is deleted from my profile just when I exit the game and reopen it, for example I do the murder in Chile after I finish the theater mission I close the game and when I reopen it I have to play again from the mission in Chile, I already tried to copy my profile file when the game is open, I tried to choose other difficulty levels and reinstall the game apart from checking the integrity of the files and nothing has changed, any solution?

Okay. For anyone who has the same problem as me, what I did was do a shotgun technique so I don't know what solved it in the end but here is what I did, first I copied the file "steam.dll" directly from the folder that is in 86x /Steam and pasted the file in the game directory which allowed me to open the .exe as administrator from the game files, then deactivate the game's Steam Cloud, in the end I created 2 exceptions in my antivirus, the first in the directory where The profiles and the second one are created in the game folder, I hope this helps someone, good luck.

I'm bumping this thread. This is really easy to do and solved the saving issue for me as well. Great thinking OP. Idk if Steam Cloud matters, I also turned it off anyway.

Just to streamline for anyone looking:

Copy Steam.dll from your Steam directory in Program Files folder.
Paste into Hitman Blood Money directory (the same folder HitmanBloodMoney.exe is in).
Right Click HitmanBloodMoney.exe and click Run As Administrator.
