How to get all upgrades?

i remember whejn i was younger i could buy all the upgrades,but now i beat game(i have 6 diff profiles) 1 profile is expert other profiles is silent assassin difficulty,none of them have all upgrades. i want to have full profile with all upgrades how ??

Hi

Upgrades are unlocked in 5 Tiers
You always get tier 1 after the Tutorial
For the Other Tiers you need to Earn a certain Amount of Money (Objectives and Rating)
This can be found in the Game Files
Tier 2: 750k
Tier 3: 1.5 Million
Tier 4 2.8 Million
Tier 5 4.0 Million
