I played on Pro (so no Saves) and only went for Silent Assassin rating. Only for the final mission did I get Professional. At that point I just wanted to finish the game and enjoy the end credits.
Blood Money is my favorite of the older Hitman games. Played the series for the first time recently and started all the way back with Codename 47.
Blood Money's AI has been the most fair of the old bunch. So far, as Absolution is next on my list.
If somebody spotted you then there must be a reason for it.
Even skipping this step you should understand the basics of the game. If you can't enter an area it's because you need clothes from that area. For example if you are dressed as a policeman you can't pretend to enter the stage with the other actors.
There are many ways to beat the levels, either by killing everyone, going stealth and just finishing off your targets or using the terrain to your advantage. In that level for example you can swap weapons and then explode the ceiling lamp to kill the second target, thus making it a "natural accident" kill. In this game you have to listen to all the dialogues of the characters to get an idea of what is going on and explore the entire map
On the other hand, disguises let you go into some areas, but some don't let you go into others. For instance in the opera level, if you disguise as a worker, you can go backstage withouth problems, but you're not allowed to the dressing rooms, so if you try to go to the target's or the guy with the prop gun while the guard is sitting in front of them, he'll see you. That applies to every disguise.
If you already know all of that, it could help if you share what are you doing right before they spot you.
This Youtuber uses the same method I use. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOJ0FrMXnoo
