How to point/aim?

Been like a decade since i played this game. Anyone knows how i can point with my gun and aim that way.

You mean via a Sniper Rifle scope or a mounted scope? Just press X if there's one

When i shoot with the weapon i usually rise my arm and point with it before i shoot the target. Here it rests on Agent 47's hip while he is aiming.
I don't know if people are trolling here or have issues with english language.

Anyways i already learned that there is no way to point your gun, it was introduced in newer Hitman games

Any gun with a sight is able to Aim down sights with "X". All guns have unlockable sights.

You cannot aim when you're in third person. The closest thing you can do to aiming is going first person with X.

You could only do that on the console version with a controller. I remember because I used to have this game on PS2. If you lightly tapped R1, you could bring up the gun from hip firing, and if you had a laser be able to aim before you shot.

F1 (toggle 1st person view) when using a firearm without a scope is the closest to ADS. X to aim through scope.

the only way you can point your pistol is by shooting once and still holding the fire button
otherwise its just by your hip or you can change perspective with f1 or scope in with x

I have the same issue. its been a long while since i last played blood money. Had it on Playstation and dont remember having any issues shooting, but i just got the game for pc, and when i click fire (left mouse) 47 just aims. if i spam it or other buttons he sometimes shoot. No problem with scopes using X but pistols, shotguns, etc. without a scope wont work. maybe im just to dumb to figure out how i should do it. pls help, i used to love this game, and in my opinion it was the best since silent assassin at that point.
