Fixing flickering textures on objects in worlds
Recently i have had Flickering texures on objects in world for example the boxes in a vintage year and other such objects. Drivers dont seem to be the issue and i have validated game files. Any help with this would be welcome as it is really hard to play with this distraction

Does it happen to have flickering shadows as well? I am having a simillar problem and the culprit seems to be the "High" and "Very High" Shader settings in the .ini.

I have tried all settings and the only thing that seemed to fix it was in the config when you launch it putting the shader to low but i cant play at that it hurts my eyes. It even flickers on medium

Same here, game looks terrible on those settings and I can't believe there isn't a solution.

This isn't exactly a solution but I've found a compromise. You can restore some visual fidelity without the texture flickering by keeping it on low/medium but also downloading SweetFx or Reshade and some of the postprocessing effects will replace the poor shadow details. My favored preset is here (https://reshade.me/presets) make sure to also delete the dxdiag.dll file in the Blood Money folder or else the Sweet FX configurator wIll come up with a weird error when you try to launch the game. This is the best I have been able to do but at least it no longer looks sub-console quality.
